Joe Folsom grew up in Central Florida and always knew he wanted to be in sales. As a young child, he would sell oranges from his red wagon door to door. His first real sales job was selling office furniture and equipment. Having an analytical mind he went on to pursue a carrier in information technology. Working his way up the corporate ladder as a Regional Sales Manager and later to a national level as a Product Manager he was responsible for working with, training, and assisting with the close of multi-million-dollar projects. With over 350 salespeople and 54 offices in three countries, he was on the road (or in the air) every week.
In 2006 Joe decided to make a career change that would require less travel so he could spend more time at home with his wife and son. He settled in Chattanooga and partnered with a log home manufacturer to market and sell log homes and Modern Rustic Homes.

Listing Broker – When we represent you as a Listing Broker, we work hard to find you a buyer. We market your property on multiple Real Estate & MLS sites. We syndicate these listings so they get spread across the internet and presented to the greatest number of buyers looking for property just like yours.
Design/Build Services – For those clients wanting to build a new home, we offer complete Architectural Design Services from the concept drawings to the finished floorplans ready for construction. We will then match you with a licensed and insured General Contractor that has the experience to build your new home.
Legacy Homes & Family Compounds – We have a great place to live here in the North Georgia Mountains and into the Tennessee Valley. Many decide to settle here and make this their last home purchase and as such want a home that will accommodate family during holidays and special occasions or a home or homes that can accommodate multiple families with a family compound.
