Joe Folsom grew up in Central Florida and always knew he wanted to be in sales.  As a young child, he would sell oranges from his red wagon door to door.  His first real sales job was selling office furniture and equipment.  Having an analytical mind he went on to pursue a carrier in information technology.  Working his way up the corporate ladder as a Regional Sales Manager and later to a national level as a Product Manager he was responsible for working with, training and assisting with the close of multi-million-dollar projects.  With over 350 sales people and 54 offices in three countries, he was on the road (or in the air) every week.  



In 2006 Joe decided to make a career change that would require less travel so he could spend more time at home with his wife and son.  He settled in Chattanooga and partnered with a log home manufacturer to market and sell log homes and Modern Rustic Homes.
